All transactions, communications, negotiations, and outcomes occur directly between users, at their own discretion and responsibility.

The Platform does not execute transactions.

  • Does not collect, hold, escrow, or settle payments between users
  • Does not issue invoices, receipts, or tax documents on behalf of users

Users are solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence before engaging in any transaction.

All advertisements, listings, offers, requirements, prices, quantities, claims, and representations displayed on the Platform are:

  • Created
  • Uploaded
  • Controlled

Exclusively by users.

I'm Gigger does not:

  • Verify commercial claims or pricing accuracy
  • Validate availability, demand, or supply
  • Guarantee legitimacy of offers

Users acknowledge that reliance on any advertisement or listing is at their own risk.

Group Buy, Group Sell, bidding, and dynamic pricing features are facilitative mechanisms only.

All pricing decisions, confirmations, and commitments are user-driven.

  • Does not supervise task execution
  • Is not liable for non-payment, delays, or disputes

Participation is voluntary and subject to mutual agreement between users.

Nearby Offers are displayed based on location signals or user inputs.

  • Does not verify physical presence, stock, or service availability
  • Does not ensure accuracy of distance, timing, or fulfillment

Users must independently confirm all local details prior to engagement.

8️⃣ Import, Export & Cross-Border Trade Disclaimer

For Import B2B and Export B2B listings:

  • I'm Gigger does not provide customs, logistics, regulatory, or compliance services
  • Users are solely responsible for laws related to foreign trade, taxation, duties, and documentation

The Platform bears no liability for cross-border regulatory non-compliance.

Use of the Platform does not create:

🔟 Limitation of Liability
